Join us! It is ANYTHING GOES STENCIL week at Just Us Girls. Bobby is challenging us to use a stencil in our card creations this week. I love this new challenge; I am rally putting my stencils to use. The stencil I used for the above card is from a new-to-me stencil source, Killer Zebras. I have bought several of their stencils and am eager to try them all. Killer Zebras is a cookie decorating site that sells cookie cutters, cookie decorating supplies, and cookie stencils. Cookie stencils are made of the same material and are slightly smaller (5.5" x 5.5"), but cheaper, than most cardmaking stencils. Personally I am just trying to stay in the game; cardmaking products have exceeded my budget.
Since the stencil is not quite the size of an A2 card, I stenciled the limes on a panel, trimmed and adhered to the card base. I thought the little play on words would be fun. I made half dozen duplicates for donation.
