TIME OUT #229 — We Challenge You to Be...

This is my first Time Out challenge as a Design Team member and I am thrilled to be on the team!  This week, Time Out is challenging us to be ROMANTIC, incorporating the theme into our cards.

I made a simple, clean and layered Valentine.  The heart die cut is layered. and the top layer was coated in Versamark and heat embossed with clear powder for a lovely shine.
