This week's grid at the Retro Rubber Challenge took me far out of my comfort zone. I made my card from the top row: MASCULINE, SQUARE and SOMETHING MECHANICAL (ship). First, I never make square cards. I have all my 110lb Neenah cut to 4.25" x 11" when the ream arrives. So this is a rarity. I used Art Impressions Pack Your Bags set. I am not sure how old the set is but it has definitely been in my stash for a couple years. I made the card for my neighbor who is anxious to get back into "cruise control". This is so him! The images are Copic-colored and fussy cut. The wave background was die cut using Mama Elephants' Stitched Wave borders from Stardream cardstock.
Enjoy.

Cute card, love the sentiment. Thanks for playing along with Retro Rubber Challenge Blog.
Lovely work, Elizabeth! The colouring is gorgeous. I don't do square very often either, so I hear you on that! Thanks for playing along with us at Retro Rubber Challenge.
