Shopping Our Stash #450 - Quit Bugging Me

This week at Shopping Our Stash, our cards are all about BUGS.  My card features the ants from Mama Elephant's Small Talk set.  I have used the the small sayings in the set numerous times but never the small insects.  First, I die cut a panel slightly smaller than A2, then die cut the sentiment, My Favorite Things You Take the Cake.  I stamped the panel with small ants, and a small Happy Birthday from Simon Says Stamp Tiny Words Birthday.  I covered the back of the panel with Scortape and adhered to an A2 card base.  I distressed scrap cardstock with Scattered Straw, Lucky Clover, and Mermaid Lagoon, and die cut the sentiment again; inlaying the distressed letters into the card base.  I stamped, Copic-colored and fussy cut a small cake from Reverse Confetti's Later Alligator to finish the card.
