Just Us Girls #813 -- DIE Week

Join us! It is
DIE week at Just Us Girls.  Sue is challenging us to make a card using dies that incorporate LUCK and/or GREEN.

When I first saw this Poppystamp pinpoint frame, I immediately thought that it would be a perfect patchwork quilt.  I am always looking for cover dies that use scrap DSP.  This die is not perfect; my die cut poorly, needing numerous shims and pass-throughs.  This is not what I call a good inlay situation. I made six duplicates of this card, but it was a long, tedious session. To finish, I added a layered, vellum-backed sentiment and gold dots.

Meet our featured guest designer for March, Milla. Please welcome her and check out her fabulous work over at Mustesormi

Also, check out the design team.  These ladies work hard to inspire you each week.  Drop by their blogs and leave them a little love.

Enjoy!  I am looking forward to your inspired creations in the gallery.

Applauding your perseverance with the inlaying of 6 cards. Even though the process was time-consuming and a bit frustrating, the results make it worthwhile. People will be thrilled to receive your eye-catching works of art.
