Join us! It is COLOR week at The Paper Players. Ann is challenging us to create a card that uses the Stampin' Up colors: Pretty Peacock (aqua), Fresh Freesia (purple), Lemon Lolly (yellow). I used a fairly new set from Concord and 9th, Sweet Stems, comprised of stencils, dies and a sentiment stamp. The die could be a paper hog but this set contains extra large and small flower centers which greatly reduce paper waste. On the design team card above, I die cut A2 panels of white, aqua and purple. On the two additional cards below I used the purple and aqua backgrounds, along with flowers die cut from the extra dies.
I did not use the sentiment stamp set (but will!), instead I layered my new favorite hello die. I didn't add any gems, the cards seemed "done" to me.
Here's a quick recap of our challenge rules:
1. Create a new paper project
2. Upload your creation to your blog with a link back to us and provide a direct link to the post featuring your challenge submission.
3. Please link your card to no more than four challenges in total.
Enjoy! I am looking forward to your inspired creations in the gallery.
Elizabeth

What a striking card, Elizabeth! The use of white makes my challenge colors take the spotlight and shows them off perfectly. Thank you for such a wonderful, happy, cheery inspiration card! What a phenomenal collection of products from Concord and 9th! Have a great week!
