Tic Tac Toe Challenge – TTTC222 – Featured Designer Betty

This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, Felicita is your featured designer.  Today I focused on the top row: RED, PATTERNED PAPER, and DIE CUTS.  But I also included the bottom row: ALPHABETS, BIRTHDAY, and ENAMEL DOTS. This is a paper pack card.  The die cut letters are triple layered.  I made the enamel dots from pony beads.  (Bake vertical beads on parchment paper for 30 minutes @ 285°. Pony beads melt into perfect little domes. There are a number of You Tube videos on the process.)
