Tic Tac Toe Challenge – TTTC188 – Featured Designer Felicita

This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, Felicita is your the featured designer.  Today I focused on the middle row: AUTUMN, FREE, and WREATH.  I created an autumn "rainbow" wreath in fall colors.  The sentiment is die cut from a scrap piece of cardstock that had been sprayed with metallic sprays.
