Tic Tac Toe Challenge – TTTC183 – Featured Designer Silke

This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, Silke is the featured designer.  Today I focused on the right diagonal: FOLD CARD, GRATEFUL, and SCALLOPS, as well as the right column: FOLD CARD, SPARKLE, and FALL COLORS.

I have to be honest, I am an A2 card kinda girl.  However this easel card was super easy to make. You need a regular vertical (fold at the top) A2 card base and another A2 panel.  Score one side of your card base in half.  When you fold on the score line, this side will fold into your card (see picture on the left). Take the A2 card panel and attach to the folded side.  On the inside, you will need something layered (like my sentiment) or attached with foam tape so that the edge of your front panel can lean against it.  An easel card is that simple!

I love the inlaid look... so all the bits are inlaid on a kraft panel. The washi I used under the grateful sentiment is a scalloped, gold foil by Doodlebug.

Be sure to drop by and see the inspiration cards made by all the design team members and leave them some love!

Enjoy.  I can't wait to see your creations in the gallery.
