Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #533
This week at Cupcake Inspirations, we have a COLOR challenge using Red, White and Cream. I made a peppermint candy gift card. The candy die is Simon Says Stamp Spinning Circle. The candy was die cut once from red and white scrap cardstock, and assembled on a 3" circle panel. The 3" circle was die cut three more times from 110lb white cardstock. The additional circle die cuts are the backs and inside front of the card; the back panel is scored at the top of the circle and secured with Scortape. The candy wrapper ends are hand cut from cream/off white vellum, and are tucked between the two layers of the front panel. The white embossed sentiment is from Simon Says Stamps Tabbed Sentiments Holiday.
I am also submitting my gift card to Double Trouble. Thing 1 says "anything goes". Thing 3 says "add embossing" (sentiment). And Thing 2 says "submit to a partner site (Cupcake Inspirations)".
