The Flower Challenge #58 Add Spots or Stripes

This month at The Flower Challenge, we are being challenged to add SPOTS or STRIPES to our flower cards.  I decided to make a striped background. Using four shades of pink, I cut 1/8" stripes using The Stamp Market's Quick Strips. I covered an A2 panel with Scortape and laid the strips side by side. After trimming the striped panel, I die cut Poppystamps Grand Luxe Poinsettia background from the panel. A poinsettia in dark pink was inlaid in the die cut.  The Grand Luxe Poinsettia outline was die cut from pink Mirracard and affixed. The poinsettia was finished with a large pearl from Reflections.  The white embossed sentiment is from Memory Box Christmas Botanicals.
