The week's theme at
Cupcake Inspirations is
BALLOONS. I used Neat and Tangled's balloon stencil which made layering the balloons easy. I distressed four layers using Festive Berries, Picked Raspberry, Abandoned Coral, and Spun Sugar. The stamped sentiment is from Cas-ual Fridays Shenanigans. Sequins are from Pretty Pink Posh.
