Join us! It is MOODBOARD week at Just Us Girls. Vicki is challenging us to be inspired by the mood board above when creating our cards this week. I was inspired by the number of magazines in the layout and decided to try the new Pinkfresh book die. This is an unusual cover plate. I betterpressed the image, colored it with a stencil, die-cut it, and mounted it with foam tape on an A2 base. The sentiment is better pressed and die-cut as well. The final touches were gold paint on the light bulbs and a few gems. Who doesn't need birthday cards? I made a half dozen.
Meet our featured guest designer for January 2026, Laurel Seabrook. Please welcome her and check out her fabulous work at Seabrook Designs.
Also check out the design team. These ladies work hard to inspire you each week. Drop by their blogs and leave them a little love.
Enjoy! I am looking forward to your inspired creations in the gallery.

Very cool that you took inspiration from the magazines and translated that into a set of pretty book-themed cards. Perfect for the book lovers in your life.
