Just Us Girls #747 -- COLOR Week

Lisa is challenging us to use the colors CHARTREUSE, LIGHT BLUE and GRAY this week at Just Us Girls.  As many know, color challenges are not my favorite.  I struggle, always wanting to add another color. However, I love how this card turned out.  These florals are from an old Papertrey set. I stamped the stems in gray ink, and filled in the petals with light blue and "chartreuse". I stamped some "dots" for interest in light blue, and white embossed on the petals. I mounted the floral panel on a light blue patterned cardstock, and added a grey sentiment.

Continuing with my New Year's resolution, I made 4 additional cards for donation. These cards will be donated to the First Presbyterian Women, an organization supporting and sharing with the congregation, friends, and guests; building faith, changing lives, and sharing christ.

Check out our wonderful guest designer for October, Kerry Parkinson. Please welcome her and check out her fabulous work over at Kerry's Papercraft

Also check out the design team.  These ladies work hard to inspire you each week.  Drop by their blogs and leave them a little love.

Enjoy!  I am looking forward to your inspired creations in the gallery.

I think you knocked these colors right out of the park, Elizabeth. I love those flowers, the dots and the background paper is perfect. Great card!
