The Paper Players PP701 - A Theme Challenge from Stef

Join us! It is
THEME week at The Paper Players.  Stef is challenging us to incorporate the theme BEACH TIME.   The card is solid blue, using MFT sand and surf border dies, I made a surf line and a sand line from stamped kraft cardstock.  The image is Copic colored, die cut, and foam mounted.  The sentiment is white embossed and sequins added.

My 2024 New Year resolution is to make at least one multiple of every challenge entry.  In keeping with my resolution, I made two of this card.  My goal in making this resolution was to have more cards to donate.  Most weeks, I will let you know for whom the cards are being made... this card was just for fun!

Check out our fabulous guest designers as well as the rest of the design team.  These ladies work hard to inspire you each week.  Drop by their blogs and leave them a little love.

Enjoy!  I am looking forward to your inspired creations in the gallery.

I love your card! It's so funny! Nothings better than running along the beach! (Well, maybe sitting under an umbrella at the beach...)

That fellow from the WF Sandy Toes stamp set is absolutely perfect for the theme and setting the scene at an angle really makes him look like he's zooming down the beach! So cute Elizabeth!

I like the boldness of your surf and sand. The runner is great - but way too active for my idea of a beach blob-out! :-)

Adorable, Elizabeth! Who wouldn't love to go for a run...or in my case a walk....on this sandy beach. I love the angled layout on your bright, bold card. What a day brightener this card will be!

I love the sense of fun that 'running man' adds to your beach-themed card Elizabeth - haven't we all done that at some point in our lives?! The deep blue sea of your card inspired me to go with a similar colour for my background too - I love it!

Elizabeth, I have been dying to comment on this since I saw it in our gallery ..... it just makes me smile. Your running guy is just everything and I love that you split the background colors the way you did. Fabulous and thanks for making me smile
