This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, Vicky is your featured designer.  Today I focused on the first column: METALLIC, CREATE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND, STARS.  I made a New Year's card (another grid element!) with embossed stars, gold heat embossed sentiment, and a metallic spray background.
