Just Us Girls #706 -- Moodboard Week

Clever Carol
is hosting MOODBOARD week at Just Us Girls.  This week, our cards need to incorporate elements from the moodboard.  I focused on the red presents with white ribbons, creating a red present background with white embossing, and a "tidings" sentiment.  BTW... I love the sentiment Good Tidings of Comfort and Joy... would love to see that die cut!

Check out our fabulous guest designer for November, Melissa Craig. Please welcome her and check out her fabulous work over at Stamp it, Scrap it, Share it

Also check out the design team.  These ladies work hard to inspire you each week.  Drop by their blogs and leave them a little love.

Enjoy!  I am looking forward to your inspired creations in the gallery.

Your white embossed background is so perfect paired with that shiny bold sentiment backed with the vellum. I love how you were inspired by the Moodboard.

I love the red packages in the moodboard and you recreated it so well! Did that stamp have a matching die that cuts each present as a door! I have looked at the pair so many times because it is such a fun image. Love that mirracard you use for the sentiment as well!!!

Wonderful inspired card! Love the basic colors together :)

The white embossing really pops on that red, Elizabeth. This would be an easy design to make multiples. I may just do that with a package background stamp that I have. Of course it would need a big sentiment like you used.
