This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, Felicita is your featured designer. Today I focused on the middle column: SUMMER THEME, FREE, SINGLE LAYER. I made my favorite type of card, single layer, stamped and Copic colored. No embellishments. I love the "cleanness" of one layer cards.
