The very creative Carol is hosting CASE week at Just Us Girls. This is a new challenge for Just Us Girls: CASE a Design Team [DT] member. It is your choice to CASE any DT's card in the JUGS post, including our Guest Designer. [CASE= copy & share everything]. In a nutshell, use what inspires you from the card you choose, and create your own. There is such a selection from what the Team has created using anything goes for their creations.
If you need help in learning how to CASE a card, please check out Ardyth's post on her LIMES method. CASEing others' work is a powerful learning tool enabling you to solidify your own style.
I am absolutely addicted to layering stencils. Today I used a stencil from Altenew. There are three layering stencils in the packet. So how did I get all those colors? Lots and lots of washi. Using bits of washi, I blocked off each color on each stencil. I love using stencils with lots of color. The stencil looks beautiful in three colors but oh so much better in nine colors! To show off the stencil pattern, I kept the sentiment simple and in white not to distract. Have fun!
Enjoy! I am looking forward to your inspired creations in the gallery.

Lovely stenciling! This turned out very pretty!
Well worth all the colors and masking with washi!! Such a pretty, cheerful card!
I am becoming quite addicted myself, Elizabeth! Pretty card!
What a beautiful result you got with the layered stencil Elizabeth. Such softness.
I'm with you on using more colors, Elizabeth. Your card is beautiful the way you added them.
