Tic Tac Toe Challenge – TTTC196 – Featured Designer Elizabeth

This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, I am your featured designer!  Today I focused on the bottom row: STITCHING, CUPID, and DIE CUT.  As usual, I used a couple other elements from the grid to complete my card: HEART, PATTERNED PAPER, LOVE SENTIMENT.  This is what I love about Tic Tac Toe... all the elements for the perfect card are listed. The background heart was die cut from a background XOXO die where I had inlaid all the x's and o's.
