Tic Tac Toe Challenge – TTTC194 – Featured Designer Joanne

Welcome back! This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, Joanne is your featured designer.  Today I focused on the middle row: HEART, FLOWERS, and PINK.  As usual, I used a couple other elements from the grid to complete my card: DIE CUT, PATTERNED PAPER.  The small flowers are from Spellbinders Advent Calendar, a gift from a dear friend...and boy was it full of goodies!  The greatest gift for a crafter!
