Tic Tac Toe Challenge – TTTC186 – Featured Designer Elizabeth

This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, I am your the featured designer.  Today I focused on the center column: RED, SPARKLE, and HOLLY.  The red and holly are obvious; for sparkle I added ruby Stickles to the berries, and die cut the sentiment from red Stardream cardstock.  Stardream is a metallic, heavyweight cardstock that sparkles.
