Tic Tac Toe Challenge – TTTC184 – Featured Designer Joanne

This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, Joanne is our featured designer.  Today I focused on the right column: DIE CUT, LAYERS, and AUTUMN COLORS, as well as the top row: FOLIAGE, WREATH and DIE CUT.  Often I will create my card from many of the elements in a grid.  The wreath is die cut, Copic colored, and inlaid into the card base.  The second layer is inside the card and can be seen through the center hole in the wreath.  The second layer is an A2 panel of DSP and a die cut Thank You.
