Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #554


This week at Cupcake Inspirations, we are working with the colors HOT PINK, BLACK, and WHITE. I made a birthday card for my stash. The background is a piece of cardstock I have been saving for years.  It is sparkly pink...from Amuse Artstamps.  The cake layers are washi.
