This week at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, I focused on the left diagonal: POLKA DOTS, DIE CUTS, EMBOSSING. I so love Tic Tac Toe... I would never have paired this background paper with this image! But I really like the result. The edge of the DSP is embossed with a blanket edging, and the image itself is die cut.
