Seize the Birthday #244 - Anything Goes

Normally I always go for the "topping" at Seize the Birthday but this week my card falls into Anything Goes.  I made this card for a fellow Red Hatter who is turning 95(!) this Tuesday.  She is a delightful woman still in her prime with wonderful stories to share.  I hope she has a very happy birthday and many more to come.
