FUSION - Wheel Wreath

This week at FUSION, we are working with inspiration from a photo of wheels and wreaths.  I didn't have a wheel but thought a very circular wreath might be a good option.  In order to give the impression of multiple wheel wreaths, I added partial wreaths to the corners of the card.
