Color Throwdown #697 & TIME OUT Challenge 216 - Tropical

This week at Color Throwdown, we are working with the colors PINK, ORANGE, and AQUA. I am combining these colors with the theme at TIME OUT... TROPICAL. I  made a sweet hello card with a hibiscus wreath.  Here in Florida, hibiscus grows like a weed.  I have a row of hibiscus trees in the front of my home and they are always in bloom and beautiful!
