This week at The Paper Players, we are working with a theme challenge, specifically creating card featuring birds and or bees. It has been weeks since I have made a card. I just haven't felt up to it but I miss everyone, and was determined this morning to create something for one of my favorite challenges. This is a thank you card for a kind friend. I should note that the background was sprayed with a number of inks then embossed. I was hoping for more yellow but "spraying" is not exact. I love the effect and the shimmer that is unfortunately not captured in my photo.
Enjoy!

I am glad you were able to push through and create this amazing card! I love that sentiment/Bible verse, and it works perfectly for our challenge this week! So happy you played with us!
Elizabeth this is fabulous! I love the depth of colour to your sprayed and embossed background and combined with the bee pattern it makes a wonderful backdrop for your wonderful sentiment too. So glad our challenge inspired you out of a creative rut; thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players this week!
