Peace On Earth Challenge #13

Another week of Anything Goes Christmas at Peace on Earth.  Since I depend entirely on their mood boards for inspiration, I was excited to see a lit lantern.  In my NUBUS pile is a set of three lanterns from Simply Graphic which I have decided to put to good use!  In trying to maintain CAS, the lanterns are layered die cuts with a bit of ribbon atop a stenciled and distressed background.
