Seize the Birthday #233 - Dichromatic

This week at Seize the Birthday, the toppings are DICHROMATIC... the use of two colors only! I used Wild Honey and Candied Apple dioxides to blend the background before clear embossing the random numbers. The primary sentiment is inlaid; the sub-sentiment is white embossed and popped up.  Lots of sequins finish the card.
