Tic Tac Toe Challenge TTTC145 – Featured Designer Claire

This week at the Tic Tac Toe challenge, I focused on the bottom row of the grid: DIE CUT, BLUE, BIRD.  I love how this card turned out.  The card base is a pale blue metallic, on top of which is a snowflake frame shaker filled with distress glitter. The sentiment is stamped on the card base with StazOn (because of the metallic nature of the cardstock). On top of the shaker frame is a kraft branch with a Copic colored blue bird.
