The keyword for the last 2021 challenge at
TIME OUT is INSPIRATIONAL. Such a great choice as we think about our goals for 2022. Although the optional twist was LAYERS, I choose to make an one-layer card...my favorite. I chose the inspirational sentiment, "Dreams do come true", from Neat & Tangled, stamping it on a cloud background. The area was masked and the clouds stenciled in Tumbled Glass using the Rosie Roadshow cloud stencil. The final touch was lots of small silver stars.
