Hi everyone! It is COLOR Week at Just Us Girls. Nancy is hosting and has selected the colors
YELLOW,
RED and
ORANGE (neutrals welcome). I created a very simple sympathy card. On scrap cardstock, I distressed Festive Berries (red), Spiced Marmalade (orange), and Squeezed Lemonade (yellow). Using Memory Box' Drifting Side Butterfly, I die cut the butterfly back, and from black cardstock the outline. Before foam mounting the butterfly, Poppystamps Delicate Mum was die cut from scrap card stock and adhered. The stamped sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp Tiny Words.
Remember we are welcoming Loll Thompson as a Guest Designer for the month of September!
Be sure to stop by each of the DT member blogs, check out their cards, and leave them a bit of love.
I can't wait to see your color creations in the gallery! Have fun crafting.

Such a gorgeous Sympathy card, Elizabeth! That butterfly is so pretty! Great job with the colors this week. Take care!
Fabulous sympathy card! I love the simplicity of that white flower paired with that delicate and gorgeous butterfly! The little sentiment is perfectly placed on this beauty.
Beautiful CAS sympathy card, great way to use the colors!
A gorgeous look with the neutral embossed flower stem and your beautifully inked butterfly - perfect for a sympathy card!
Stunning butterfly; certainly the star of the beautiful stage you created for it. A most lovely sympathy card in every way.
