Jingle Belles Stars and Stripes for Christmas

This week at Jingle Belles, we're creating holiday cards that feature STARS and/or STRIPES.  To create this card, I used two dies from Simon Says Stamp, the Vented Star and the Mosaic Star.  The Vented Star was die cut, backed with scortape and the red stripes inlaid. Then the Mosaic Star was overlaid, die cut, backed with scortape and the green pieces inlaid.  The sentiment is white embossed, from Technique Tuesday Jingle All the Way. The final touch was several star sequins which are topped with a small crystal bead to hide the sequin hole.  The panel was mounted on an A2 card base whose bottom edge was lined with black striped washi.
